Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, & maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Manage sales partner module in CRM database. Develop, update, and maintain a standard process to evaluate and measure performance.
  • Manage and distribute to sales all current and new price requests.
  • Validate monthly customer data utilizing Excel and CRM, enter appropriate drops & liquidations for related accounts.
  • Assist in preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, RFPs etc.)
  • Update Sales Team by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding action items related to new and existing business.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, consultants) in CRM software utilized by the sales department.
  • Perform general office duties (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying, etc.).
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong PC and MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Professional, reliable, ability to problem solve and self-directing work habits.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast moving and changing environment.
  • Strong organizational & analytical abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.

 

Education and Experience Required:

  • At least an Associate’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ sales support experience.
  • Energy industry experience is highly preferred.
