BOLD Employee Resource Group

The Black Organizational Leadership & Development (BOLD) group was created to provide leadership, resources, professional development, and community influence to our employees and supporters. This group is focused on inclusion, equity, education, and empowerment of employees through outreach events, professional networking, and development resources. All employes are encouraged to join!

WIN Employee Resource Group

The Women’s Impact Network (WIN) group is an organization that aims to impact the world by inspiring women into greatness by leading them into understanding and valuing their uniqueness. This groups aims to focus on professional development, networking in and out of the company, and outreach events to help women grow and feel empowered in their careers.

VET Employee Resource Group

The Veteran Employee Resource Team (VET) is a group that brings together veterans and veteran allies from across the family of UGI companies with the goal of strengthening Veteran recruitment, retention, and growth, while positively impacting our local communities through selfless sacrifice.
