Job Summary

Develop and execute a legislative and regulatory strategy that will enhance and protect UGI Energy Services’ interests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the VP of Government Affairs and company employees to understand business priorities including spending time at various asset sites.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly and Executive Agencies
  • Develop legislative proposals and other materials that will help advance the company’s legislative and regulatory agenda
  • Participate in various organization that align with and will help advance the company's interests.
  • Participate in company project development.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated understanding of and expertise within the stat legislative adn regulatory process in PA.
  • Understanding and ability to represent the company's intersts with local governmental bodies in PA.
  • Working knowledge of the natural gas and energy industry.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelors Degree

Length of Experience: 10 Years
