Job Summary

Responsible for all ongoing Right of Way maintenance and landowner coordination and assist with all maintenance projects on UGI Energy Services Pipelines and Gathering Systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete pipeline compliance inspections and troubleshooting including leak patrols, line patrols, and valve inspections. 
  • Main point of contact for all landowners along existing pipelines.
  • Coordinate and complete all right of way maintenance including reseeding, mowing, fixing erosion, and other environmental issues. 
  • Notify all landowners of upcoming work on or near their properties. 
  • Maintain database of landowner information and lease requirements for current and future pipelines. 
  • Assist with maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of cathodic protection systems.
  • Assist with pipeline maintenance projects and buried pipe inspections. 
  • Assist with M&R station maintenance and compliance tasks.
  • Assist construction group during new construction when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of permitting requirements and environmental issues. 
  • Experience working with regulated commodities, specifically propane and natural gas.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Professional, reliable, self-directing work habits.
  • Ability to travel to all pipelines.
     

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Five (5) years of industry related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
