Job Summary:
The CES Inside Sales Manager, under the direction of the Director CES Support Center, is responsible for the overall inside sales team performance. Manages team of supervisors and inside sales reps by teaching sales skills that are aligned to marketing strategies to ensure seamless handling of new customer sales. Responsible to meet daily, monthly annual sales quotas through effective leadership of their inside sales team. Leads team of supervisors and 50+ inside sales reps and partners with marketing, pricing and other functional leads to drive strategy of the team. Leads by inspiring the internal sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the successful operation and the performance of the Inside Sales Team; ensures staff meet and/or exceed revenue, sales, and operational performance goals.
- Working with the Support Center quality team, monitors sales activities to observe and coach ISS and ISR effectiveness, compliance with policy, sales/business results, and productivity.
- Coordinates and manages sales training in partnership with support center training team.
- Analyzes and reports metrics, KPIs, and data as required to deliver business results and as requested by leadership.
- Partners with Support Center workforce management team to proactively and effectively identify staffing needs (FTE, schedules) to achieve operational and business goals.
- Actively coaches and develops team members; conducts regular 1:1 feedback as well as preparing annual performance evaluations; develops a coaching/learning culture.
- Partners with the Human Resources to enlist recruitment efforts and manage the development of Inside Sales Team employees.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership; able to teach/coach sales supervisors to drive organizational performance.
- Demonstrated success in supervising/managing large teams
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions and judgments in a highly dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business analysis skills; able to secure data and resources to identify trends/forecasts, to define and implement effective business strategies
- Strong knowledge of business systems and tools (CRM, SAP, Microsoft office products, database, internet)
- Ability to effectively manage personnel; uses appropriate feedback and performance correction techniques to develop personnel; ensures performance management processes are correctly administered
Education and Experience Required:
- BA plus 10+ years’ experience in direct sales in a leadership role.
- Successful sales experience both individually and with sales teams as sales leader
- Leadership in Sales Center, including both inbound and outbound responsibilities
Working Conditions:
- 90% of time in contact center/office with 10% travel.
- Schedule includes some weekends and holidays as workload dictates.

The pay for this position ranges from $91,900.00 to $115,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
