Job Summary
Manage attendance corrections, leave administration, and workforce compliance tracking. This role serves as a critical liaison between HR, supervisors, and team members while ensuring accurate timekeeping and policy adherence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process attendance and timesheet corrections, including system-related punch issues and modifications to existing entries
- Develop and implement agent reporting processes (utilizing MS Forms, Service Desk or similar tools); Create real-time reporting dashboards to track punch modifications and updates without manual inquiry
- Leave of Absence (LOA) Administration
- Serve as primary coordinator for tracking four types of leave, partnering with HR and supervisors to maintain accurate records and coordinate schedule updates with Workforce Management team:
- Short-Term Disability (STD) - Continuous:
• Receive return date information from HR and direct supervisor
• Track development stages to cover required stage gates
• Facilitate equipment resend through appropriate channels - Intermittent Leave:
• Obtain certification details (dates, frequency, duration, and specific restrictions) from HR and direct supervisor
• Track multiple concurrent certifications with varying effective start dates using information shared by HR from Employee Health & Wellness records - ADA Accommodations:
• Track occurrences within specified guidelines and approvals (e.g., additional breaks, specific accommodations impacting time/attendance) based on information provided by supervisor - Long-Term Disability (LTD):
• Track transitions from Short-Term to Long-Term Disability through partnership with HR
• Support coordination of supervisor communications and access resumption processes
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure working hardware for return date - Timely execution to ensure accuracy and no interruption to agent’s pay on an ongoing basis
- Facilitate regular update meetings with outlier teams and agents regarding submission compliance; Conduct trend analysis and facilitate supervisor engagement on attendance patterns
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency with excel, preference for VBA/Macros for management of extensive agent files; Adept with People Connect and Calabrio or other Workforce Management scheduling platforms. Preference for Service
- Desk Workflow development
- Sound communicator; timely, accurate and concise; ability to communicate to all levels of leadership
- Ability to work independently and escalate appropriately; experience building new processes and communicating progress to stakeholders on an agreed upon cadence
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion ensuring only ‘need to know’ parties are informed of sensitive information
- Detail oriented ability to account for all facets of published LOA and absenteeism policies and ensure schedules are updated to reflect accurately.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Graduate, College Preferred
- 1 year in a role with similar responsibilities

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
