Job Summary (Purpose):  

The Systems Admin II will assist management in support of AD and O365. The areas of concentration for this role are centered around SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, PowerApps, and Power BI.

Key Characteristics:

•    The capability to work with Sr IT Systems and Operations Services staff.
•    Ability to learn quickly from Senior Engineers and assume a critical role
•    A direct hands-on approach with a focus on total quality and customer satisfaction

Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Work with the AD/O365 migration team and current teams to transition support
•    Help create Standards, Process and Procedures, and Documentation
•    Help create and Setup SharePoint and Team sites
•    Help work with teams on Yammer Setup and Guidance
•    Work with business on how to take advantages of PowerApps and Power BI
•    Create PowerApps and Power BI reports
•    Help create automation and scripts for better efficiencies over time
•    Diagnose and fix issues 
•    Work with business to train and utilize TEAM/ SharePoint in more effective ways
•    Evaluate and setup external access
•    Review Sites and Access for stale accounts and information
•    Work with Users and Design Power Apps to automate parts of O365 for those users
•    Work with users to move data to the cloud to save on internal storage cost
•    Escalation Point for the Service Desks on these subjects
•    Backup other team members to support all aspects of AD and O365

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•    Administrating O365 SharePoint, TEAMS, Yammer, and OneDrive
•    Basic knowledge of PowerApps, and Power BI
•    Ability to work directly with users on how to, issues, and solutions.
•    Ability to mentor, train and effectively transfer knowledge to others                  
•    Able to work with remote users and teams
•    Excellent problem-solving techniques and listening skills
•    Able to keep up with technology changes

Education and Experience Required:

•    Associates degree in computer science or related field preferred
•    Minimum 5 years in IT and 2 years administrating O365 SharePoint / TEAMS
•    Knowledge of ITIL and applications that support it

Other Requirements:

•    Requires after hours and weekend work in order to respond to emergency events and perform maintenance
