This position will be a hybrid role out of King of Prussia, PA, working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job Summary (Position Summary):
The Director of Cynch is responsible for overseeing and growing the Cynch home delivery business. Primary responsibilities include growing the customer base, improving the customer experience, leading the distribution operations across the country, improving the business strategy, and coaching various area and city managers to execute to the business plan. This individual will serve in a leadership role within the ACE team and help assess opportunities to enhance the model with an emphasis on safety as a core value and enhancing the customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Works with budget team to develop the model for upcoming fiscal year and develops a plan, the strategies, tactics, and resources needed to execute on that model.
- Is relentless in the pursuit of improving the customers experience, by strategizing new features, products, or communication we can offer to consumers to improve their overall grilling experience.
- Works with the area managers, marketing team and dev team to open new markets, according to the fiscal plan for that year. Builds the delivery zone map for area managers to execute on.
- Drives automation and system enhancements by working with the software development team and operations team to drive enhancement activities such as tracking down bugs, designing new features, answering questions and testing releases.
- Works with the marketing team to strategize new marketing tactics, while measuring the acquisition cost marketing spend to ensure our goals are met.
- Helps in defining KPIs for success and creates and presents detailed analytics to Amerigas and UGI executives on success criteria.
- Build dashboards in Excel or a data visualization tool to monitor the business KPIs and drive decision making.
- Works with Area Managers executing the strategic plan, monitoring the customer experience and solving operational issues as they arise while cultivating a strong safety focus within the team.
- Responsible for driving a focus on safe execution of the Cynch operations amongst our drivers and third party network

Educationand Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- Experience leading, coaching & motivating national teams with direct and indirect oversight over large groups of employees
- Strong business acumen and experienced in developing business plans
- Financial management ability
