Digital Analytics & Testing Manager

Job Summary (Purpose): 

 

The CDX Digital Analytics and Testing Manager will lead assessment, definition and overall measurement of site performance and key digital transformation metrics.  You will be responsible for driving web analytics implementation and providing actionable insights around site performance and customer experience to senior leadership. Duties and Responsibilities:
 

  • Drive web analytics implementation and tagging strategy working closely with business partners internally and externally.  
  • Proactively identify areas of growth and opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion across all customer touch points.
  • Provide actionable reports, dashboards, analyses, and metrics that give leaders timely and accurate data they need to make decisions.
  • Partner with product team to develop and drive site optimization through test and learn process (A|B and multivariate testing).
  • Lead analysis to broader business objectives and overall digital transformation efforts.
  • Assist in developing long-range plans on building more intelligent driven customer experiences based on advanced analytics, machine learning and AI.
     
     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
     
  • Analytical aptitude with the ability to problem solve complex business problems and provide actionable insights and recommendations.  You need to have passion for innovation and new idea generation.
  • Focus on assessment and measurement of entire customer journey including non-digital touch points to drive a consistent customer journey.
  • Expertise with web analytics tools such as Omniture (Site catalyst, ad hoc analysis etc.), or Google Analytics
  • Experience in A|B test analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent logical and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Leadership abilities to drive execution and ideas across the organization.
     
    Education and Experience Required:
     
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in marketing, business, finance, math, statistics, or computer science or other quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web analytics.
