Job Summary 

To support the Senior Digital Product Manager (DPM) in executing Customer Digital Experience (CDX) product strategy and roadmap initiatives for assigned product lines. Assists in product discovery activities and helps analyze customer and market data to inform product decisions. Collaborates closely with the DPM to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Serves as a key contributor to cross-functional teams while developing expertise in product management fundamentals.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales/growth, digital adoption, and self-service enablement strategy implementation under guidance of DPM.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to execute on defined product goals.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing performance metrics related to KPIs; compile reports and insights for senior team members.
  • Contribute to product research and competitive analysis to support strategic recommendations.
  • Help define and document user requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality measures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature specifications.
  • Assist in measuring and analyzing launched capabilities to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Support A/B testing setup, monitoring, and basic analysis.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional project activities and track dependencies.

  • Proficient in common productivity and analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint, basic analytics platforms).

 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with digital products, websites, or mobile applications preferred.
  • Basic understanding of agile development processes preferred.
