Service Permit Specialist- Part-Time

Job Summary (Purpose):  

The Service Specialist (“SC”)  The SC will partner with the customer experience team and field operations.This is a part-time position; up to 30hrs estimated hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various contractors as needed to ensure licensing and permitting standards are in compliance with local regulations
  • Some light office Duties 
  • light travel or opportunity to report out of a Fredrick location

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Safety protocols 
  • Ability to understand and relate technical requirements 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products
  • SAP Service processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills & acute analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational & time management skills
  • Up to 25% travel requirement

 

Education and Experience Required:

  • Propane experience a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
