Job Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee all aspects of office and facility management supporting all building functions, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing space allocations, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and servicing of equipment and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to facilities management, safety, and environmental health.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on facility-related services, such as cleaning, security, and maintenance, and assist with coordinating contracts as necessary.
• Enforce safety and security protocols, including fire drills, alarm systems, and emergency procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Monitor budgets for regular and ad-hoc facility-related expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management.
• Assist with facility-related projects, renovations, office space allocations, layouts, and relocations to optimize space usage.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding facility issues, providing timely responses and resolutions, including responding to urgent maintenance calls.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as needed, including coordinating meetings, events, and office activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proven experience in facilities coordination, management, operations, and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization and stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• High degree of flexibility and adaptability to change with business demands.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3- 5 years of experience in office services and facilities management in a corporate environment.
• Professional certifications or training in Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Services or OSHA-related training is desirable.

The pay for this position ranges from $84,100.00 to $90,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
