Delivery Administrator (Hybrid)

Job Summary (Purpose):  

 

The Delivery Administrator will be responsible for analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of the data contributions of the delivery coordinator team. The Delivery Administrator will work closely with Delivery Coordinators, District Operations, and Region Directors when appropriate to ensure efficient routes that meet/exceed delivery metrics are created and dispatched. Subject matter expert for all routing, utilization and dashboard tools applicable to this function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Same day emergency/expedited order dispatch
  • Review and add all late orders and fixed orders; check routes for missed stops and reschedule
  • Review Tank Monitor and ACE reports and take necessary action
  • Review CRM queues and take necessary action Monitor the automatic reassignment of undelivered orders from previous day/week’s routes
  • Review district health check daily – identify accounts requiring factor maintenance and ensure notifications are submitted
  • Work with Area Operations to prioritize, route or eliminate aging open orders
  • Partner with Service Coordinator to ensure timely deliveries after completed service work, and execution of service and delivery related tasks as necessary
  • After hours support for Area Operations and drivers

 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Knowledge of Safety and DOT protocols
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products, such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Effective problem-solving skills & acute analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational & time management skills

 

 

Education and Experience Required:

 

  • 3 Years of experience in routing or logistics preferred
  • Multi location routing experience preferred
  • Supervisor or management experience preferred
  • High School diploma  or GED required
