Job Summary:  Identity Access Management Analyst to help with rollout of new products associated with IAM and day to day tasks related to IAM.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help work on projects related to Microsoft Intune, SSO to cloud applications, AD and Azure security, and Roles Based Access.
  • Help create process and procedures with Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Part of the overall Identity Account Management Team.
  • Backup for team members as needed.
  • Responsible for recommending, creating and implementing policies/standards/processes/procedures, compliance/operational reporting and tracking.
  • Create and maintain system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps.
  • Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Active Directory, and related systems.
  • Responds daily to operational duties and end users queries for information, instructions, updates and requests in a timely manner.
  • Researches and develops work level instructions, process flows, and any required end user documentation.
  • Additional duties/projects as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have a willingness to learn and acquire knowledge of Microsoft’s core applications through independent reading and research. Experience with some of the following software and technologies: Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Take minimal direction, ask maximum questions, a sponge for knowledge, willing to be mentored, and self-motivated to get required results.
  • Can run small projects; help create plan, explain goals, milestones, understand roadblocks, report, and timelines.
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, as well as have strong analytical skills.


Education and Experience:

  • B.S. in Computer Science and/or Information Systems.
  • Must have basic understanding of Information Systems infrastructure.
  • Have been heavily involved with projects and meeting deadlines.
