This contract role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify staffing needs, assess candidates, and fill open requisitions efficiently and with quality. Working in close coordination with the TA Sourcing team, this role receives warm candidate pipelines from Sourcers, provides feedback to refine targeting, and ensures a seamless handoff from sourcing to selection. The Contract TA Partner serves as the primary point of contact for corporate hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, delivering a consistent and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned corporate function requisitions — partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job postings, review applications, and move candidates efficiently through the interview and selection process.
  • Serve as the primary hiring manager partner throughout the recruitment lifecycle for corporate roles — providing regular status updates, interview guidance and feedback facilitation, offer recommendations, and relevant market context to support timely and quality hiring decisions.
  • Receive and activate warm candidate pipelines from the TA Sourcing team — reviewing sourced candidates, providing timely and specific feedback on quality and fit, and collaborating with Sourcers to continuously refine targeting strategies for assigned corporate roles.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment for corporate function roles — evaluating qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment through phone screens and structured interviews; prepare and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise assessments.
  • Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners — providing compensation guidance aligned to corporate banding, managing candidate expectations, and driving to offer acceptance within established guidelines.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — ensuring timely and professional communication and a consistent representation of the UGI employer brand from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors) — tracking requisition status, documenting candidate context, and adhering to established TA processes and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
