The Senior Analyst – HR Analytics will be responsible to deliver insightful information and analysis based on HR and operational data and trends in an ever-changing business environment. The Sr Analyst will partner with HR and business teams in requirements gathering, sourcing and normalizing data from several systems, and creating compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings and actionable outcomes to others. Will work with setting and maintaining a strategy to combine the information from all HR systems into meaningful business-centric dashboards, measurement mechanisms, and success measures. Will support a wide array of needs by collecting and correlating HR data from SAP Success Factors, Workforce Software, ServiceNow, and other databases and third party reporting tools.


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provides expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, EC Payroll, and other misc reporting tools.   Help to identify, standardize and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements; including turning ad-hoc requests into self-service access. Is the owner for the SAP Success Factors Workforce Analytics tool.
  • Design, develop and deliver customized and interactive dashboards, utilizing our existing HR data and combining with other data sources, including data not yet mined or curated. Maintain and elevate existing SAP Workforce Analytics tool.
  • Partner with HR Leadership team for Ad-Hoc data driven insights with recommendations for actionable outcomes.
  • Act as the champion and train HR business partners to be data-driven with full understanding of published dashboards, reporting, and other ad-hoc deliverables.
  • Support large projects across the enterprise in area of expertise; with the ability to expand knowledge into new areas of functionality of SAP Success Factors tools


Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Human Resources & HRIS systems
  • 3+ years of proven experience with HR analytics accountability within a large distributed company
  • SuccessFactors Module Certifications a plus
  • Experience with HR ticketing solutions like ServiceNow
  • Expert level knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM Platform with a focus on writing complex reports for SuccessFactors modules using Workforce Analytics, Advanced Reporting, Adhoc Reporting and ORD (Online Report Designer).
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to take complex processes and translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Team player with a positive attitude
