The Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Infrastructure Collaborative & Productivity Tools will manage and be responsible for the IT Collaborative tools and applications linked to the delivery and standardization across global IT. Fully own, govern and change manage the Service Now application as repository for all IT services and processes.  Also, utilise as a workflow tool for other business functions. Manage change, licensing and be contract owner for all IT Infrastructure productivity tools within the portfolio. Manage the staff and budget performance against targets set. Align with the Enterprise Service support teams to agree standards, SAS’s and support KPI’s


Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of the team, demonstrate accountability and responsibility, communication to stakeholders and business leaders aligning, roadmaps, projects, priorities. Supplier management critical to ensure IT infrastructure, end user support and business stability. 
  • Building future roadmaps, budgets and aligning with other IT leaders in IT.  Planning and delivery for all collaborative tools and alignment with the architecture/design team. 
  • Build out clear change and control processes around the Service Now application aligning with the IT and Transformation teams’ key priorities.  
  • Ownership of the full suite of collaborative tools in scope which will be used enterprise wide incorporating similar control process and reporting to Service Now. This includes contract management, licensing and selection of new infrastructure collaborative tools enterprise wide. 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree required.  
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience, with 7+ years of directly managing people.
  • Extensive knowledge on the IT ticketing systems and how they support IT change management, incident / problem management, requests and approvals
  • High level knowledge and understanding of Corporate IT security hardening tools enabling priority working and alignment with security team.
  • Understanding of reporting and SLA’s, improvement and trending leading to automation where possible. 
  • A desire and motivation to have no user downtime during business hours.
  • Must have high level of user understanding of the importance of user access securely during working hours. Instant responses to any P1 issues and drive to fix asap. 
  • Careful planning for out of hours maintenance and updates to maximize protection against threats 
  • High level understanding of future IT tools to improve and meet the strategy of enterprise wide tools and automation where possible
  • Creative in ideas thinking of consolidation and types of support services. A drive to reduce the number of different IT processes and drive standardization through the tools
