Job Summary
The Recruitment Marketing Project Intern will support our talent acquisition and employer branding efforts. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing, employer branding, and talent attraction. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Human Resources teams to enhance our recruitment strategies, optimize employer brand visibility, and attract top talent.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards, and other digital platforms.
- Provide guidance designing and developing employer branding content such as job ads, employee testimonials, career pages, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across recruitment channels.
- Support the implementation of new tools or platforms that enhance candidate attraction and experience.
- Assist in managing and coordinating recruitment-related projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to talent acquisition projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and content scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- Passion for employer branding, talent acquisition, and digital marketing.
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or coursework in Marketing, Human Resources, or Communications is a plus but not required.
