Job Summary

Who we’re looking for 

You are as much an entrepreneur as you are a top-notch Recruitment Manager.  You’ll be a founding member of the Amerigas Talent Acquisition team.

Duties and Responsibilities

If being up to your knees in the weeds while building a team of high-volume recruiters sounds like your cup of tea, this is your job. 

What you’ll do 

  • Lead the development and implementation of high-volume recruitment processes and innovations in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Operations team 
  • Build a deep understanding of Amerigas business needs and translate them into substantive recruiting strategies 
  • Support reporting strategy that drives action, accountability, and compliance throughout the TA organization 
  • Design and manage grassroots recruiting strategies for AmeriGas field recruiting with the support of the Talent Acquisition Operations team 
  • Develop a toolbox of sourcing strategies to support the array of salaried and hourly roles Amerigas recruiters  
  • Build and lead a team of recruiters focused on AmeriGas field recruiting 
  • Partner with the centralized TA team, HR and business on building process improvements and local marketing strategies 


What you’ll bring to the table 

  • Confidence in situations that require diplomacy and organizational awareness 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset focused on solving business problems 
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 7 or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition 
  • 3 or more years of experience managing high-volume Talent Acquisition teams
