Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Administrator at UGI plays a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Operations team by managing key administrative processes within the recruitment lifecycle. The administrator ensures timely execution of post-offer activities, accurate documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This role also provides administrative support for the SuccessFactors ATS and assists with audit preparation.

This is a hybrid role (in office Tuesday-Thursday) reporting to the UGI Corporate headquarters based at 500 N Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities

Execute post-offer processes, including initiating and tracking background checks, drug tests, employment physicals, and pre-employment screenings.
Manage new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification and employment eligibility documentation.
Maintain and update driver files, ensuring compliance with DOT and company requirements.
Provide administrative support for the SuccessFactors ATS, including updating candidate statuses and managing job requisitions.
Assist with audit preparation by organizing and reviewing documentation related to pre-employment and onboarding processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1+ years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role, DOT experience preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
