Job Summary:
The intern will work closely with the Director and management of the CES Support Center. The team supports the business needs and goals of the contact center and ultimately the responsiveness and effectiveness to our customers. 
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative support functions including maintaining files, data entering of information; Indexes documents and creates electronic records
- Develops process flows and procedural documents
- Greets visitors and vendors and acts as the front-line ambassador for the site
- Works closely with Support Center Coordinator, Human Resources and others on projects and tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organization skills and detail orientation to ensure accuracy of work
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong work ethic and time management
- Supply management and inventory control
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability to change with the environment and business demands
Education and Experience Required:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Communications or a related field
- Expected graduation Spring 2026 or Fall 2026, preferred
- Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
