The HR Data Management Administrator maintains a thorough understanding of the SuccessFactors and Workforce Software (WFS) system and data captured within. Position ensures the data integrity in the SuccessFactors and WFS system through consistent audits and reviews; documents all SOX and controls requirements. Heavy focus on data integrity and data input. 

 

Job Responsiblities: 

  • Responsible for maintenance of electronic employee files, ensures data integrity in core SuccessFactors modules, and monitors replication of Workforce Software time system. Ensures all data inputs have been entered and are correct.  Acts as backup for the accurate export of time data to payroll for weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes. 
  • Review and monitor MSS/ESS transactions; support Onboarding and Manage Pending Hire transactions; prepare and validate mass data loads. Review and edit system data and Foundation Objects including data required by the business (picklist values, data purges, data staging in test systems). Review and maintain employee data.
  • Resolves employee data related inquiries and issues through ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Maintain RBP permissions for SuccessFactors Modules. Obtain and document approval for permission/access requests. Monitor and maintain third-party credentials for API connections
  • Maintains appropriate SOX and controls documentation in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley and interfaces with Internal and External Auditors.
  • Coordinate periodic review of on-site records with boxing for off-site storage when possible.  Responsible for ensuring applicable records are imaged into electronic storage.  Maintains electronic employee file records and interfaces with the vendor for scanning and indexing of paper records. 


Job Requirements:

  •     1-3 years of experience administering SuccessFactors modules
  •     1-3 years of experience with Human Resources and HRIS systems
  •     Experience with HR ticketing solutions like ServiceNow
  •     Experience with SuccessFactors and Workforce Software preferred
  •     Experience in interfacing with business customers and 3rd party service providers
  •     Team player with a positive attitude
  •     Strong knowledge of Excel and data imports
