Job Summary

This position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person attendance at our King of Prussia, PA office. Therefore, candidates must reside within a commutable distance to King of Prussia.

 

The Corporate Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the management of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, candidate identification, relationship building with potential candidates, and hiring managers for professional roles. Key responsibilities of the Corporate Recruitment Specialist include working with the hiring managers to identify talent requirements, fulfilling the day-to-day full-cycle recruiting process, and cultivating talent pools to meet the current and future business needs of the domestic UGI entities. The Recruiter will continuously assess the state of competitive market conditions, make recommendations on improved recruiting tactics, and implement them as appropriate.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for assigned roles and pipelines that attract and identify passive, top talent.
  • Create and maintain a business partnership with hiring managers by working proactively and cooperatively to understand requirements, determine needs, and establish strategies to successfully fill positions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of talent, gain market intelligence, and assess candidates to gauge talent alignment for a specific role or business function.
  • Work collaboratively with department managers to select the best candidate for each job.
  • Screen, interview, and prepare candidates with appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Integrate diversity, equality, and inclusion approach and knowledge in recruitment.
  • Learn new technologies, new processes, and experimental ways to attract candidates.
  • Understanding of basic compensation principles and ability to partner with HR clients/managers on competitive offer generation and successful closing with candidates.
  • Provide mentorship to Junior Recruiters.
  • Stay up to date on visa regulations and requirements by establishing clear communication channels with immigration authorities and legal experts. 
  • Ensure thorough documentation and timely submission to avoid delays. 
  • Offer guidance and assistance to candidates throughout the visa application process.

Education and Experience

  • 5+ Years of progressive experience in talent acquisition/recruitment with a proven track record of filling a variety of roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
