Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner works closely with all levels of management to effectively align and successfully execute company business goals with the people/Human Resources strategy. The Senior HRBP will be an integral team member partnering with the business to set priorities, drive our core values, and build high performing teams that get results. Key focus areas will be talent acquisition, capability building and development, succession planning, retention, and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as a strategic business partner to the business leading organizational effectiveness strategies including planning and visioning, talent assessments, workforce planning, change management and team dynamics to support business growth and objectives.
- Coaches and consults with the business to ensure actions reflect a positive work environment and help enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Understands organizational talent needs and creates platforms to help build talent capabilities, assess talent, identify successors, and supports career mobility.
- Leads and develops a team of HR business partners and ensures work is best practice focused and completed in effective and efficient manners.
- Partners with various business teams to implement solutions that help scale the business.
- Utilizes data to build insights into key trends and problem solves to bring resolutions that meet employee and business needs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent of 8+ years of experience in Human Resources supporting mid to senior level executives with talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing HRBPs.
- Previous experience supporting and influencing change transformations in matrixed, multi-unit, and employee dispersed organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resource practices, principles, and federal/state/local laws.
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $120,000.00 to $130,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
