Job Summary

Provide support to field personnel, process contractor billing, payroll, accounting functions and any support duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support for the production of purchase requisitions, requests for checks, daily crew activity roster, call out database, and special projects as needed.
  • Process all permits and payments.  Maintain service records.
  • Maintain Pave cut report and forward for contractor billing or check payment.
  • Perform daily time keeping data entry.  Maintain paper timesheet for SOX requirements.
  • Enter data for KOT valve application.  Handle notifications and demos notifications.  Create required work orders for company projects. 
  • Any other duties as assigned.
