Position Summary:
The New Business Administrator is responsible for coordination and scheduling of service crews for fulfillment of ISG new business process, increasing profitability, and rotating supervisory on-call shift for Operations.

Principal Accountabilities:
60%-Coordination and scheduling of crews.
15%-Pre-inspect and estimate cost for new business service, meters and regulators.
15%-Communicate with customer, state agencies and municipalities (permit issues)
10%-Interact with Area Sales for crew assignments.  In rotation for on-call supervisory duties for Operations.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the annual pipeline contract and Co. GOM
  • Familiarty with UGI systems and programs such as SAP, DOJM, Fieldbood, Mapframe and INGRES
  • Excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent communicatin skills are required.
  • Knowledge of gas service installation methods is important.

Qualifications:
Education:    College degree preferred
Length of Experience:    Several years of Sales, Operations or Engineering

Working Conditions:
Regular office conditions for the majority of the time.  When on-call or inspecting services, position requirements are affected by weather.
