Job Summary

Provide Administrative support for the Wilkes-Barre Field and ISG Sales groups.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input all necessary data in SAP, DOJM, and Fieldbook systems.  Ensure all necessary paperwork is processed to Operations so the customers receive service in a timely manner and reports are kept up to date.  Provide the necessary support for ISG and Field Sales.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Manager Business Development, Regional Sales Manager, Relationship Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, and the Growth Execution Specialists.
  • Assist area sales with customer contact as it pertains to customer follow up, canvassing, direct mail & telemarketing.  Respond to customer complaints and other customer issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficiency working with DOJM, SAP, Fieldbook MapFrame, and Microsoft Office along with any other relevant systems is preferred.  
  • Must have strong communication (both written and oral), and interpersonal skills.  Must be able to speak clearly and concisely to potential customers.  
  • Must be well organized and reliable. 

Education and Experience

  • Associate Degree or greater preferred, but not necessary.  Experience in an office environment with the ability to work with the public on a daily basis.   
  • Minimum of 1 year of work-related experience.
