This positoin will help to provide administrative support for the Wilkes-Barre Field and ISG Sales groups.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the New Business Coordinator, Sales Reps. and the Regional Sales Manager.   This support includes but is not limited to, inputting and updating all required data into DOJM, INGRES, MLTS and SAP and FieldGlass.   Keep all records filed in an organized manner.
  • Assist area Sales Reps with customer contact as it pertains to canvassing, direct mail and telemarketing.  Respond to customer complaints and other customer issues.  Assist the New Business Coordinator with customer installation scheduling and permit applications.  Prepare and submit weekly approved job report to the Sales Manager.
  • Track monthly office supply expenditures, reorder supplies when necessary, and submit reconciliation of invoices on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Provide backup to the Administrative Assistants in Williamsport and Wilkes-Barre, when required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Associate degree or greater preferred but not necessary.  Experience in an office environment with the ability to deal with the public is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Computer knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, FieldGlas, INGRE & Fieldbook is preferred.
  • Must be well organized and reliable.



  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • At least One to five years of experience
