Position Summary:
The incumbent will provide day to day administrative support for UGI Utilities Inc. Universal Service Programs, LIHEAP being the primary of all programs along with CAP, LIURP, Operation Share, and CARES. The Customer Outreach LIHEAP Temporary Representative is responsible to complete the appropriate tasks on the Customer Outreach System (COS). The representatives are tasked to answer agency inbound calls for grant approvals. Additionally, the representative will process agency and customer application mailings. The representative will also complete all dada entry and necessary clerical work associated with DPW’s PROMISE system. They will also support Outreach campaigns to increase program results, and also support out Outreach team members with account review for payment postings and refunds.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Answer inbound calls for Grant approvals 
  • Process agency and customer application mailings
  • Assist Outreach department when it comes to data entry and clerical work associated with DPW’s PROMISE system along with timed campaigns.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems
  • Communication Skills
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Strong data entry skills

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

1-2 yrs. work experience in relevant area.
