Position Summary:

Satisfactorily manage the residential existing home conversion process including the sale, investment estimate, profitability analysis and installation process communications for prospects along the main. Also handle all other natural gas new service and connection calls while promoting customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Total ISG Sales - Adjusted Close Rate: Annual Goal 80% of assigned leads, Leads Created: average 50-80 monthly.
  • General Knowledge –Public Utility Commission Policies.  
  • Inactive follow up – review orders within 1 business day.   Track and maintain records and follow up with customers as required.
  • Communication – Mention savings calculator, rebates, financing options, contractor locator to lead prospects/customers.    Maintain low error rate with customer correspondence (email/chat/letters).
  • Customer Satisfaction – Annual goal 9.20 Sales Rep satisfaction score per Metrix Matrix survey.
  • Maintenance of statistics, paperwork flow, and other support tasks for sales related calls.  Interpret mapping, service record, and facilities information accurately to provide a high level of customer service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • General Knowledge of UGI and PUC Policies, Chapter 56
  • SAP – CRM experience
  • MLTS – Marketing lead Tracking System, experience with sales is helpful
  • Excel:   Profitability analysis, computing costs in relation to Contributions in Aid of Construction (CIAC)
  • Microsoft Word and email.    Professional writing skills: drafting letters and email and webchat
  • LiveOps – phone system and Customer satisfaction skills

Qualifications:

  • Some post secondary education preferred
  • 2-4 yrs customer service/sales experience

Working Conditions:

Office environment-noise, fluctuating building temperatures, normal working conditions for call related office position.
