This position will provide administrative support to the Customer Care teams (includes Contact Center, Billing, Credit and Collections, Customer Outreach and Regulatory Compliance).
Principal Accountabilities:

  • Administrative work and data entry
  • Special projects
  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills (knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to gather and input date
  • Support members of management and supervisory staff as needed
  • Think critically and creatively for ways to streamline performance and gain efficiency
  • Self-driven, able to work well independently
  • Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone and e-mail communications
  • Handle other duties as assigned



  • High school diploma, working towards obtaining a bachelor’s degree
