Job Summary
Provide office expertise through utilization of various company programs and Microsoft Office for the support of all departments in the Port Allegany area. Mainly supporting the OSS and Operations Departments (CPG Wide).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Warehouse ordering, capital jobs ordering, capital job completion notice, and leak survey completion notice sent. Track restoration cuts and enter orders for restoration billing.
- Complete timesheets in R2 for field personnel. Weekly after-hours duty roster formulation.
- Financial, reconciling Fiori Inbox Notification, Requisition entry and Concur reconciling for the Port Allegany office.
- Miscellaneous, ordering office supplies/equipment, filing, assisting in OSS projects, and other duties as assigned.
- Backup, learning and maintaining knowledge to be the backup for OSS offices CPG wide.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
