Position Summary:
This clerical role in our Oxford, PA office will provide administrative and record keeping support to the area Operations team including requesting checks, processing all permits and payments, entering PA One Call ticket information and performing daily time keeping. This is a full-time position working 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.  Additional hours may be required on a limited basis. 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Dispatch routine work to field personnel and assist with dispatching emergencies as needed.
  • Maintain payroll and employee attendance records.
  • Work in SAP, initiate DOJM work requests, monitor their progress, close when completed and enter various field data into the permanent record.
  • Maintain operating records.  Order materials and supplies for capitol and maintenance work.  Generate contracts for vendors and services.  Receive and issue materials to capital work orders or maintenance activities.  Maintain the inventory database.
  • Responsible for entering data and maintaining various systems along with related research necessary to operate our business.  Capital Work Order System, Pennsylvania One Calls, Leak Tracking Database, Gas Service Web App, Meter Records and Accounts Payable.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft office experience preferred.
  • Capable of working under pressure in a team environment as well as individually.  Must possess good interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to solve records problems and multi-task.  Excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of PA 1 Call, pay codes, Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and Sap preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High School diploma or Equivalent
