Job Summary

Provide support to the daily Operations by assisting the servicemen in the field with regards to answering Maps and Records questions.  Assist the Maps and Records staff by working on various reports and tasks relating to records clean up.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review various reports and make corrections: SAP reports, Null report, Mismatch report, Branch to/from report, No Main ID report, Service Recap Error report and Service to Main Adjustment.
  • Support Operations with various tasks relating to scanning and importing completed main job packets, service to main conversions, data entry, and back up for Duty Supervisor Call Out.  Serve as a backup for right of way importing, and Lancaster Demolitions.  
  • Review, process, troubleshoot, and resolve record discrepancies for service renewals, partial renews, cut offs as needed.  Assist and provide employees/contractors with service and main information over the phone and in person.  Review new business service records, proofread, and make sketch corrections daily, service box creation and repositioning, make corrections to existing job close outs, review contractor service folders for completion and accuracy.
  • Process timesheets and serve as a backup when needed.
  • Provide support to Operations Support Supervisors and Operations Support Coordinators as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Computer skills with MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • Ability to read maps.
  • Knowledge of PA 1 Call helpful.
  • Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.
  • Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
