Summary:

Office support role in Middletown, PA office.  This is a full time role working Monday through Friday.  The Operations Representative is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and record keeping support to the area operations group.  Duties include: 

  • Assist and provide employees and contractors with service and main information over the phone and in person.  Enter daily timesheets for UGI employees.
  • Support Operations with various tasks relating to scanning and importing completed job packets, service to main conversions, data entry, red tag letters and back up for the Duty Supervisor Call Out.
  • Screening of PA1Call tickets to determine if they need to be dispatched to the field.  Provide information regarding UGI facilities to internal and external customers and respond to the KARL system.  Handle all PA1Call reconciliation reports.
  • Assist the maps and records staff by working on various reports in Discoverer viewer, Design Manager and SAP tasks relating to records clean up.
  • Provide support to the Operations Support Supervisor and Operations Coordinator as needed.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office experience-preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to read maps; knowledge of PA1Call, Pay codes, Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up, SAP
  • Mapping skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Previous billing experience

 

Education:

  • High school graduate
