Job Summary

To provide under direct supervision, clerical, administrative and record-keeping support to the area operations group.  

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Paving Report create DOJM orders for restoration and determine if permit needs printed.
  • Work on various reports (Mismatch Report, Checking Service in Mapfram) as needed and assist operations clerks when necessary.
  • Enter Odorization data sheets, inventory on supplies.
  • Complete UGI timesheet entry in R2.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong Computer skills with MS Office preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • Ability to read maps; knowledge of PA 1 Call, R2, Pay coders, Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP.
     
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
