Job Summary

This Part-Time (up to 20 hours per week) Marketing Coordinator II position located in our Lancaster office will complete assigned sales and new business work, primarily involving the administration and use of the information technology systems of the main frame, SAP, Microsoft programs, local analyst duties, and Conversion schedule updates, so as to support the Sales Department in the completion of its duties and in utilizing budgeted and allocated resources in an effective, efficient and professional manner.  Schedule will be 4 hours per day Monday thru Friday.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for West Region Sales Reps, New Business Coordinators, and Sales Management - administer and audit SAP work orders, Design Manager service box placement, Conversion service scheduling, meter set & margin tracking, and New Business municipal permits.  Review and prioritize New Business service backlog with New Business Coordinators and Sales Reps.  Review completed service folders for close outs and associated meter sets.  Create work orders as requested by Sales Reps, Major Account Reps, and New Business Coordinators.
  • Provide administrative oversight of various Sales/New Business reports and processes: Area Sales graph, data analysis, New Construction service schedule, weekly service counts, outstanding meter set report, meter set log, and various UGI programs support. 
  • Work with local municipalities in conjunction with Sales Reps and New Business Coordinators to meet paving schedules for new customers.
  • Provide communications to customers, fielding customer complaints and responding to emails.
  • Assist the Business Development Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Senior Project Leader on special projects as requested.  Assist with Home Shows, Builder shows, HVAC shows, and Special Events as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience with SAP preferred.
  • The ability to work with a high degree of integrity and flexibility.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience interacting with customers.
  • Project management including tracking, scheduling and auditing in multiple system.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Associate Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent  work-related experience preferred    
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
