Job Summary

This position is a full-time role, with hours from 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.  The incumbent will help provide clerical support to the Huntingdon Operations team at the Huningtdon facility.  This will include requesting checks, processing all permits and payments, entering PA One Call ticket information, performing daily time keeping and maintaining service records.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for the production of purchase requisitions, request for checks, daily crew activity roster, call out database and special projects.
  • Maintain reports and forward for contractor billing or check payment.
  • Process all permits and payments.  Process all PA One call tickets. Maintain service records.
  • Perform daily time keeping data entry.  Maintain paper timesheets for SOX requirements.
  • Handle notifications and demos in sap.  Create required work orders for company projects.  Any duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.  This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Managing one's own time and the time of others.
  • The ability to listen to/read and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.  The ability to communicate information and ideas verbally/in writing so others will understand.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
