Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the administrative duties for Corrosion Control Department within UGI Central Areas.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Maintain Payroll & Expense reports for the Corrosion Control Department
  • Maintain & update all Corrosion Control related work request orders within the UGI‐Central systems
  • Maintain & update Corrosion control databases in relation with Bi‐monthly inspections & annual survey compliance
  • Maintain & record all safety topics/tailgates/inspections for the CPG Corrosion Control Dept.
  • Conduct all ordering/receiving of materials, tools, & other equipment for the CPG Corrosion Control department.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, and Access databases
  • Knowledge of databases, DOJM-capital work orders, DOJM IRMA work requests, Pipe Condition Reports, Payroll (People Connect) and Expense account entry (Concur)
  • Create/receive orders for materials, tools & other equipment related to corrosion control group
  • All Safety Policies must be followed and adhered to

Education:  High school diploma
