Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting and advanced and predictive analytics.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Benefits- sorting files, creating billing for carriers, misc. reports, special projects
  • Human Resources- turnover, various projects, metrics.
  • Payroll- reporting, direct deposit information.
  • Talent Acquisition- Mid-year compliance reporting, recruitment analysis, audit HR SharePoint website.
  • All of this involves gathering data, reviewing data for discrepancies and analyzing data.
  • Help with administrative duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical background, attention to detail
  • Strong Excel skills



  • Working towards obtaining bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar discipline.
