Job Summary

TITLE: Sr SAP Configurator - CRB
LOCATION: 1 UGI Drive, Denver, PA 17517
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the Customer Solutions - Application Development & Support team, which is responsible for improving and maintaining customer centric applications. The predominant application is the SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) CR&B (Customer Relationship & Billing) system, which is a CIS solution responsible for Meter to Cash functionality such as meter reading, billing/invoicing, payment processing, accounting, dunning and customer service. Investigate and resolve incidents related to SAP IS-U financial functionality; respond to financial questions and data requests from the business; configure the financial system components within the SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) for SAP IS-U; develop specifications for functionality not configurable with the IMG and perform functional unit testing of those changes once delivered by developers; collaborate with the other IS-U configurators regarding the use of the SAP IS-U financial data and its impact on processes in the other functional areas. (e.g. Bill Print, Dunning work orders); responsible for generating the required documentation throughout the different phases of a project; and manage applicable third-party vendor relationships to ensure ongoing support of financial interfaces and products. Utilize SAP Utilities (IS-U and CR&B) configuration focused on the FICA financial components. Work with SAP tables, generating SAP queries, and creating LSMW data transfer scripting. Work with accounting principles and general ledger to support creation of the CR&B subledger. Investigate and resolve incidents related to SAP IS-U financial functionality. Use SDLC method of project development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a closely related field and the following experience is required:
- Five (5) years of experience utilizing SAP Utilities (IS-U and CR&B) configuration focused on the FICA financial components;
- Five (5) years of experience working with SAP tables, generating SAP queries, and creating LSMW data transfer scripting;
- Five (5) years of experience working with accounting principles and general ledger to support creation of the CR&B subledger;
- Five (5) years of experience investigating and resolving incidents related to SAP IS-U financial functionality;
- Five (5) years of experience using SDLC method of project development; and
- Two (2) years of experience with Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) defining and maintaining financial related processing rules.
Remote work is available up to 2 times per week. Employee must live within normal commuting distance
