Job Summary
The Sr. Business Analyst-Contract Management is responsible for collecting, documenting and analyzing contractor data related to Key Performance Indicators and Field Inspection reports in support of the execution of UGI’s capital construction plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and analyzes reports, makes comparisons to company / industry benchmarks, determines trends and communicates findings.
- Develop, support and improve business scorecards.
- Provides input to the development and measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to company & contractor performance.
- Collaborates with analysts in project controls and capital planning to identify spending trends and contractor capacity.
- Supports capital construction in the development and updating of spreadsheets and reports to track contractor performance.
- Supports implementation of new systems and software as part of overall UGI technology improvements.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Exceptional Communication Skills, Verbal, Written, Presentation.
- Data analysis – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
- Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- Utility or Construction Project experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
