Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data, processes, and procedures to identify areas that would benefit from improvement. These improvements could be related to process standardization, procedural adjustments, and/or improved technology. This role will then lead cross functional teams to implement the identified areas for improvement. This will include owning the management of change and reporting/monitoring for the newly implemented improvements to ensure adherence and improvements are realized for the company. An ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate a breakthrough thinking mindset and have strong appreciation for the balance of people, process, and technology to drive successful cross functional outcomes.
**This position is hybrid, not remote.**
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Altryx, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI) and Excel to consolidate various data sources to identify trends and opportunities for business process standardization. Utilize the tools to develop exception based reporting and associated workflows for repeatable views of the data.
- Identify areas of opportunity for business processes improvement. Develop continued improvement action items leading to standardized operational focused business processes. Lead cross-functional teams to implement identified action items and ensure accountability metrics are in place to measure procedural adherence.
- Establish and maintain a cross-functional governance committee to prioritize potential process improvement ideas. Utilize these committee members to serve as change champions as process improvements are implemented.
- Directly support action items identified from the “Management Review and Continuous Improvement” PSMS program element while also serving on key continuous improvement focused committees such as the New Gas Technology Committee and the Emergency Response Improvement Team.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or comparable work experience in project management of Business, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
