UGI Utilities, Inc., Denver, PA seeks a Principal SAP Security Leader to rovide technical leadership within teams responsible for providing computing end-users with role-appropriate access to SAP software used by the company to support the enforcement of corporate, regulatory, and risk management policies; contribute to the planning, implementation, and coordination of SAP governance activities for the company; maintain and administer SAP role-based access security and related access risk; utilize advanced knowledge of SAP Security configuration to build or modify security access roles to suit the needs of functional computing end-users; utilize advanced knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) administration to lead technical maintenance and modify technical settings within the application to ensure processes and workflows operate according to business requirements; manage risk related to security access and segregation of duties by evaluating, maintaining, and modifying functions, risks, and rules within the SAP GRC application; support compliance efforts (audit requests) related to SAP security and SAP GRC; utilize knowledge of governance and compliance frameworks, such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and COBIT IT Governance & Management, to provide periodic reports to the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 Compliance Team; manage security defects and incidents by addressing end-user concerns and security-related needs; design and create technical design documents to implement user procedures across multi-functional teams and processes; lead the company’s quarterly Access Recertification efforts for SAP, including initiation, user support, and maintenance of user access and role authorizations across the software landscape; and provide guidance and serve as a technical expert to others within the department responsible for administering day-to-day security access requests. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, and seven (7) years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience configuring SAP security, including building or modifying security access roles to suit the needs of functional computing end-users; performing SAP GRC administration; managing risk related to security access and segregation of duties within SAP GRC; and working with governance and compliance frameworks, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
