Position Summary:
Responsible for working with UGI and System Integrator personnel to understand business needs and strategy as it relates to the replacement of existing ERP with the SAP solution.  Supports the analysis, design, and implementation phases of the project, including active participation in the testing of the integrated solution.  Supports the development of materials and training as part of project change management and hyper care activities.

Principal Accountabilities:
(20) %  Work with business partners in the qualification and quantification of IT business requirements from a process, data, functional and metrics perspective.
(10) %  Analyze and document existing processes, workflow, data, and reporting requirements through traceable requirement documents, diagrams, and data analyses and models as prescribed by the project systems development methodology
(10) %  Identify business and technical issues, and seek resolution by working with appropriate project, business, or IT personnel
(10) %  Construct and maintain the business process model, and support the creation of business procedures for assigned business functions
(15) %  Assist and supports the project technical resources in the configuration, design and development of the SAP solutions and the changes to legacy applications 
(15) %  Participates in all aspects of User Acceptance Testing, from the creation of the User Acceptance test plans, definition of test cases, review of test scripts, execution of testing, and review of testing results for compliance with business requirements
(10) %  Supports the creation of training materials for assigned business functions
(10) %  Supports cutover activities, and participates in the assessment of post-implementation defects and issues

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1.        Practical enterprise project implementation experience; working knowledge of SAP solutions, such as ERP, CRM, ECC, EAM, Fieldglass, Concur, and Successfactors, preferred
2.        Excellent problem-solving techniques and listening skills
3.        Practical business process analysis and modeling, and data analysis experience
4.        Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
5.        Excellent organizational, verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Education:    Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline.
Preferred: Master’s degree in a Management or Technical discipline.
Length of Experience:    Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or business administration with concentration in computer science.
Three or more (3+) years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst role.
Certifications:    Required: ITIL Foundations (at hire or within 12 months in position)
Preferred: PMI-PBA or IIBA Business Systems Analysis certification
