Job Summary
The Manager of Contract Management provides leadership and supervision to a team responsible for providing contract administration support, metrics tracking and contractor collaboration in support of executing UGI’s annual capital construction plan.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct a team of resources that provides contract administration support, scorecard development and KPI Tracking for UGI Pipeline and Paving Contractors.
- Creates and Maintains relationships with Contractors.
- Ensures effective utilization of staffing, performance requirements, and department training.
- Participates in project reviews, executive status briefings, and contractor engagements.
- Ensures contractors are meeting and adhering to contract requirements.
- Leads team in development and communication of monthly contractor performance scorecards and dashboard.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Management, Finance or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a utility, construction or contract management role.
- Valid Driver’s License.
