Job Summary

Provides support and coordination of programs pertinent to maintaining Company compliance with environmental regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides support for various environmental compliance programs, including Fill Policy, mercury regulator program, Greenhouse Gas Reporting, etc.
  • Supports the development and implementation of Company policies and procedures pertaining to environmental compliance.
  • Coordinates and supervises response measures to environmental incidents, spills, investigations, remediations, and associated reporting encountered during typical Company operations.  Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, subcontractors, and regulators to meet regulatory objectives and mitigate liabilities.
  • Assists with the oversight of the UGI MGP Program, including report reviews and oversight of field operations.
  • Coordinates environmental due diligence activities for Company projects and real estate transactions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training – OSHA 1910-120
  • Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations
  • DOT Training – 49 CFR 172.704
  • Good communications, writing and organization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Critical Reasoning skills
  • Knowledge of Company policies and procedures
  • General knowledge of fiscal management
Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training
