Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & Email Design Coordinator will support UGI Utilities’ digital marketing automation and personalization efforts leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to engage with UGI prospects leads and customers. The specialist will support the execution of marketing plans through planning, execution and reporting/analysis as needed. In addition, the specialist will manage the execution of email production. This role will partner closely with colleagues within the Marketing/Digital organization, and report to the Digital Marketing Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide coordination and support for all functionality within Marketing Cloud including deploying email campaigns, building, analyzing and improving customer journeys.  Work regularly in Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio and Social Studio.  Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, mobile rendering/responsiveness and best possible open rates.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating email marketing database and other databases including those for SMS/text campaigns. Update and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Execute emails, online surveys and landing pages. Define dynamic list criteria and work with data team to identify related system or field needs. Understand the practice of segmentation, utilizing and optimizing first-party data and activation of segments across channels.
  • Provide graphic design support for non-digital marketing sponsorships and campaigns including Energy Efficiency and Conservation programs, GET Gas, and other miscellaneous marketing initiatives.
  •  Execute regular and timely reporting, analysis and recommendations throughout and at the conclusion of campaigns, based on milestones, success metrics and reporting requirements.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience.  Concentration in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • at least 2 Years experience
