Job Summary

This position would include input of field employee time sheets for the Lehigh office, Mirata/ESRI Mapping system, and any additional support needed to assist Operational departments. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Input of field employee time sheets
  • Making PA 1 calls
  • Miscellaneous office tasks to support the daily operations
  • Data Entry/research
  • Billing/check requests
  • Mirata/ESRI Mapping system
  • Perform other duties as requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Data Entry
  • Work independently
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Knowledge in Database Management Systems (SAP, CRM)
  • Data Verification/Validation (Ability to cross-reference data for accuracy against source documents)
  • Attention to detail
  • Time Management and Organization (Ability to prioritize tasks to meet strict, high volume deadlines)
  • Self-Motivation and Focus (Ability to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks)

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma
