Job Summary

Incumbent will serve as project lead for M&R projects, initiatives, training development, budgeting and tracking.
 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Training – Develop training modules for M&R tasks and provide training to M&R staff.  
  • Program Development and Management – Develop M&R programs and procedures and manage those programs. These include initiatives to track M&R related PUC Non-compliance letters, ClearSCADA, Farm Tap and End User programs, and various environmental compliance programs.  This will involve developing these programs, the written procedures and plans required to implement them, working with other departments to obtain the necessary support from them and serving as the project manager to track and drive these programs.  
  • Budget – Help in developing M&R O&M and Capital projects and budgets and manage projects, budgets and overtime to keep company costs within fiscal constraints.  Develop program for centrally managing M&R spare parts inventory.
  • Compliance – Track and report on M&R regulatory compliance activities.
  • Database Administrator – serve as administrator for M&R data and work with IT and other departments to update M&R related databases.  Help further develop and administer M&R SharePoint site.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Highly proficient at using UGI systems such as SAP, DOJM, OBIEE, Oracle, Mapframe, SharePoint, and Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with persons within and external to M&R, such as IT, Operations, Accounting, and Capital Planning.
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
Education and Experience

Education:  4 year college degree required- Preferably in Engineering or Technical degree
Experience:  minimum of 3 years
